Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies for the global markets business at Bank of America.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential risks in various areas of the global markets business.
Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and their impact on the business.
Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure that risk management processes are integrated into business operations.
Monitor and report on risk exposures and performance of risk management strategies to senior management.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to stay informed of industry trends and best practices in risk management.
Lead and participate in risk management training and workshops for employees to promote a culture of risk awareness and mitigation.
Develop and maintain risk management tools, systems, and processes to effectively identify, measure, and manage risks.
Conduct risk reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
