Job Description Job Description Admin/ Order Processing/ Controller Spectrum Food, Inc., a leading national wholesale distributor of beverage products since 2007, is seeking an experienced person to contribute to our expanding and growing wholesale business. Job Description You will be responsible for managing and developing medium to large-sized customer accounts. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, administrative functions, and optimizing operational efficiency. Responsibilities: · Plan and schedule inventory of beverage products to meet customer demands. · Accurately enter and process beverage product orders. · Issue purchase orders to beverage manufacturers, suppliers and freight carriers. · Coordinate with beverage manufacturers for timely supply and order pickup. · Explore and secure cost-effective freight options for beverage product transportation. · Monitor and track beverage product order delivery to ensure timely fulfillment. · Generate and process invoices for beverage product sales. · Manage accounts receivable and payable components related to beverage product transactions. Qualifications: · Proven experience in account management within the beverage industry. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprises or similar ERP system · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in processing data.
