The Senior Associate will assess and optimize client HR processes, implement payroll and HR technology solutions, provide transformation guidance, manage junior team members, and support organizational change and stakeholder adoption.
Responsibilities
Analyzing client HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Developing and implementing HR technology solutions to enhance service delivery and align with business objectives
Collaborating with clients to assess and transform HR functions, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
Providing guidance on HR transformation strategies and technology implementation
Managing and inspiring junior team members to deliver quality work and grow their skills
Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex HR concepts and provide actionable insights
Engaging in stakeholder management to facilitate successful HR technology adoption
Supporting clients in navigating organizational change and enhancing employee engagement
Applying knowledge of payroll legislation and software to optimize payroll processes and compliance
Skills
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Demonstrating skills in Human Resources (HR) Technology Solution Architecture
- Utilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving
- Engaging in strategic human resource planning and transformation
- Implementing technology solutions in HR and payroll systems
- Navigating change management and business transformation initiatives
- Building meaningful client connections and stakeholder engagement
Up to 60%
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
