Job Description:

  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
  • Develop and maintain analytical models and tools.
  • Present findings to leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field plus 3 years of related experience.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. R, Python, SQL) and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI);
  • Experience articulating ambiguous business questions and using quantitative modeling techniques to arrive at a solution;
  • Experience processing, filtering, validating, and presenting large quantities of data (Millions to Billions of rows);
  • Design, implement & generate sensitivity reports using linear programming and optimization models with Python & MS Excel;
  • Present technical demos and interpret complex analytical outputs into actionable, decision-ready insights for leadership teams;
  • Proficient in architecting complex business processes with Python-based pipelines for large-scale data processing and validation.
  • Up to 10% domestic travel to visit clients and team meetings.
