Job Title: OCM Communications Specialist SAP Implementation

Job Description:

SAP S/4HANA implementation projects are generating solid OCM demand right now, and I have one worth looking at.

I have an 11-month opening for an OCM Communications Specialist fully remote, running July 2026 through May 2027. This is an execution-focused communications role on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, not a senior OCM lead position. The right person owns the messaging workstream: communication plans, stakeholder content, channel management, adoption metrics.

What they need:

  • Direct experience supporting communications on a large-scale SAP or ERP implementation
  • Hands-on content production newsletters, FAQs, executive toolkits, stakeholder messaging
  • SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise email platform proficiency
  • Prosci/ADKAR certification is a plus, not a requirement
